How to Submit Your Paper
Follow these steps to prepare and upload your manuscript correctly through the EDAS conference system.
Download the Template
Download and use the official IEEE conference manuscript template in A4 format for your paper preparation.
Prepare the Manuscript
Write your full paper in English, keep it within 5–6 pages, and make sure author identities do not appear in the first submission file.
Upload to EDAS
Submit your manuscript electronically through the EDAS Conference Paper Submission System.
Revise and Finalize
If accepted, revise your paper based on reviewer comments and upload the camera-ready version through EDAS.
Important Notes for Authors
- • All submissions must be original and written in English.
- • Short manuscripts are not considered.
- • Accepted papers must be presented by at least one listed author.
- • At least one author must register to upload the final manuscript.
- • Accepted and presented papers will be processed for publication in the conference proceedings.
